With “We Are Here”, FOTO ARSENAL WIEN presents Austria’s first extensive solo exhibition of Zanele Muholi. Works spanning more than two decades connect self-representation, queer lived realities and visual activism.

The exhibition presents around 80 influential Vienna Festival campaigns drawn from an archive of more than one thousand posters. At the MAK Poster Forum, it traces 75 years of changing visual language, cultural debate and festival identity. The MAK is open Tuesday from 10 am to 9 pm and Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm; it is closed on Monday.
The exhibition combines art and personal objects from the Peschka family estate with new perspectives on Egon Schiele's circle. Exhibits include studio furniture, family photographs and Schiele's surviving glass cabinet with its collection.
