For organizers

A spot for your event

Your listing on the radar stays free. If you want more attention, you can book an extra spot: for one week, your event is the sixth pick in the Weekly Radar and appears on the homepage right after the Top Picks, labelled as an ad. We give out only one spot per week.

Clearly labelled

People use the radar because they rely on our editors' choices. That's why your spot is always recognisable as an ad.

Marked “Anzeige”

In the Weekly Radar and on the homepage, your event is clearly marked “Anzeige” (ad).

After the editors' picks

The five picks in the Weekly Radar and the Top Picks can't be bought. Your spot always comes after them and doesn't change their order.

Only what fits the radar

We only take events that would fit the radar anyway: in Vienna, with a date, a venue and an official source. We only write what we can check there.

Who you reach

People use the radar when they're figuring out what to do in Vienna over the next few days.

People with plans

They're looking for an evening out, a market or a day trip, and often land on the event page straight from Google.

German and English

The Weekly Radar and every event page come in German and English. Many read in English: newcomers, students, visitors in town.

The numbers report

How often your event was clicked in the Weekly Radar and on the homepage, how often your event page was viewed and how many people went on to your tickets.

We send current numbers for the website and the Weekly Radar with your quote, dated.

How it works

  1. Ask

Tell us which event it is and which week you'd like.

  2. Quote

You get a short quote with current numbers and the free week.

  3. Approval

We write the text and send it to you. Nothing goes live without your OK.

  4. Numbers

After the event, the numbers report arrives.

Ask about a spot

With the event name, date, link and the week you'd like, we can get back to you fastest.
