What to expect

The exhibition presents around 80 influential Vienna Festival campaigns drawn from an archive of more than one thousand posters. At the MAK Poster Forum, it traces 75 years of changing visual language, cultural debate and festival identity. The MAK is open Tuesday from 10 am to 9 pm and Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm; it is closed on Monday.

What to expect

Since 1996 Vienna has met at the Volksgarten Pavillon on Tuesdays: electronic music, a garden bar, BBQ and changing DJ line-ups. The 30th anniversary season runs every Tuesday from 28 April to 8 September 2026, from 6 pm into the night.
